The Kuwaiti Engineering Offices Union and Consulting Houses warned that the General Authority for Roads and Land Transport would launch the third phase of 'A Ring Rd Development Project' according to 'DESIGN & BUILD' system. He confirmed the Union’s trust that the Minister of Public Works and the State Minister for Housing Affairs, Dr. Rana Al-Faris are keen on keeping public money and fighting corruption.
