The Lean Construction Institute – Qatar (LCI-Q) has been registered as a nonprofit organization, under Qatar Financial Center Authority to deploy and promote the Lean Construction theory, management, practices, and techniques in Qatar. The Institute is membership-based whose mission is to support the continuing positive transformation of the construction industry in Qatar to generate value, eliminate waste, increase efficiency, and maximize productivity. It will provide a platform for collaboration across industry and academia.
